Zohre Fathi a graduate from AUT and project executor of “Uniform Diffeomorphisms on Finsler Manifold and Zermelo Navigation Issue with Moving Obstacles” said: “The topic of optimal navigation is especially up to date in the presence of moving obstacles and it’s one of the most functional branches of mathematics.” Hence, we applied deep learning in differential geometry (which have been theoretical so far) to reach our goals.

This project’s mentor was professor Behrooz Bidabad a faculty member of the of Mathematics and Computer Science department of AUT.
